Formax FD 95 Rotary Perforator / Creaser
The FD 95 Rotary Perforator/Creaser is specially designed to finish printed sheets, up to 13.8” x 19”. Its three-tire friction feeding system reliably feeds up to 7,080 sheets per hour, and can create up to 5 parallel perforations and/or creases in a single pass. Perforating allows for easy separation of multiple printouts, tear-offs, postcards or tickets on a single sheet, while creasing allows for easy folding and reduces unsightly cracking in digital printouts.
Sheets are fed and perforated and/or creased automatically then stacked neatly on the telescoping outfeed table. Users can set the variable speed control based on paper weight, while the resettable counter keeps an accurate tally of processed sheets. The FD 95 can easily accommodate paper weights from 55 - 180gsm.
Standard set-up includes two perforating wheels, one creasing wheel and paper guides. Options include additional perforating sets, microperforating sets (17 tpi), creasing sets and guide strips to accommodate 55 - 60gsm paper.
The FD 95 is ideal for small print shops, on-demand and in-plant finishing applications including postcards, invitations, tear-offs, brochures, billing statements and more.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please contact us and send photos to email@example.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and happily work with you to resolve the issue and refund or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS
Generally, the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in like-new condition.**
Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and have all of the parts and components that they came with. Buyer pays return shipping.
Please document (photograph) any damages upon receiving the item and report these damages to the delivery carrier if product was sent by LTL or freight (not by UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).
Returns must be accompanied with an RMA number. Please contact us in order to have one generated.

As stated in the Product Quality Guarantee, any item that arrives in less than perfect condition or missing parts will be handled at no extra cost. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
However, it is up to the customer to REFUSE ANY DAMAGED FREIGHT shipments. If customer accepts damaged freight, a product claim may not be possible.
Free cancellation is available for orders which haven't been shipped.
Products must be returned in like-new condition up to 30 days after delivery.
A 0-25% restocking fee may apply.
